 Job Summary 

The Director of Company Partnerships is responsible for increasing student enrollments, by creating and executing a B2B strategy.  This position is responsible for meeting/exceeding the Company Sponsorships monthly, quarterly, annual budget. 
 
Expectations 

  •          Create and execute a company B2B strategy that yields new student enrollments 
  •          Create and implement the company B2B sales process from start to finish 
  •          Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and visiting local businesses around the schools 
  •          Develop corporate partnerships with multiple businesses in each market 
  •          Responsible for generating leads and meeting enrollment targets 
  •          Prospecting, networking and presenting to potential clients 
  •          Work with our marketing department to develop necessary marketing assets 
  •          Analyze current enrollment demographics to identify business partnership opportunities  
  •          Create and implement an ongoing nurturing and retention plan for all corporate partnerships 
  •          Partner with the Executive Directors for on-boarding of new enrollments in the schools 
  •          Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  •          Self-Motivated with a results driven approach 
  •          Ability to build productive, professional business relationships 
  •          Leverage our great brand and best-in-class curriculum to obtain new enrollments 

Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree education preferred but not required. 
  •  Proven experience as a B2B sales representative or relevant role 
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales

Working Hours / OT : Monday – Friday, weekends as needed. 

 Travel: To the schools and local companies. 










 
Compensación: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
